The temperature precision of internal mixer is directly affect the R&D results of material formula, The general heating methods are electric mould heating and oil heating .

The power and mould processing methods of Internal Mixer’s electric heating are different

and the results are different,The specific solutions are as below:



Surround type electric heating:

The power of a single thermal fuse can reach 2.1kw, The temperature difference between the two ends is more than ten degrees,Even dozens of degrees .

The main reason is that the thermal fuse does not cooperate closely or has no contact with the inner wall at all,Form hollow dry melting and burning. Use this method,The main shows that the thermal fuse will deform after a period of dry burning , It’s difficult to replace,The temperature is not even etc. However, the power of thethermal fuse is relatively high,the structure is relatively strong, so It's not easy to burn out.

Electric heating tube of single end rod :

The maximum diameter of a single end rod of single thermal fuse is 19.8 , Normal power is 1.7kw, This way that the temperature is more uniform , Accuracy can be positive or negative 2℃ , The disadvantage is that the heating speed is slow,small power, If push up power , It can cause the heat pipe to burn out easily, then it will increse the replacement time and frequency .
