1,Disassemble transmission gear 

Be noted that the corresponding meshing tooth of a set of gears need to be marked, When assembling, install it according to the original meshing tooth position,so that avoid the noise increasing of the gear meshing transmission .

2, When grinding the working face of the rollers of open mixing mill,Till you can meet the work requirements.In order to avoid the phenomenon of meshing interference caused by gear transmission of rollers,Try not to reduce the diameter of working face too much.

3,Meshing straight-teeth gear , If the meshing teeth surface is badly worn,This pair of gears can be turned over 180 degree and then assemble it, After that the other involute tooth surface and transmission can reduce the noise of the a pair of gear .
